  • The term “User” or “You” or “Your” refers to any person who enters, uses or accesses the Website, notwithstanding the fact that such a person may have only visited the home page of the Website

  • “This Website” means the Placifull website located at http://www.placifull.com and includes any part or element thereof.

  • The content of this Website is for general information and use only. Placifull expressly reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to do any of the following, at any time without prior notice:

    1. Change these terms and conditions;
    2. Change the content and/or services available from the Website;
    3. Discontinue any aspect of the Website or service(s) available from the Website; and/or
    4. Change the software and hardware required to access and use the Website.

  • Neither Placifull, nor any third parties, provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and Placifull expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by Latvian law.

  • Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which Placifull shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

  • Placifull reserves the right to investigate complaints, suspicions or reported violations of our “Terms and Conditions” and/or our “Privacy and Referrals Policy” and to take any action we deem appropriate including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to the applicable authorities, regulators or third parties and disclosing and information necessary to appropriate such persons or entities.

  • Placifull is not responsible for the content of any unaffiliated Websites that may be linked to or from our site. These links are provided for your convenience only and you access them at your own risk. Any other Website accessed from this site is independent of Placifull and Placifull has no control over the content of that other Website. In addition a link to any other Website does not imply that Placifull endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content or use of such other Website.

  • By publishing your CV on this Website, you are allowing anyone who has purchased “Browser CV” plan to view your CV.

  • Support will be provided only in English and/or Latvian. If you contact Placifull in any other language, Google Translate will be used to enable a response. Hence we do not guarantee the quality of the service and any mistake made on communication is the user’s responsibility.

  • Placifull does not make any warranties or representations that this Website and the Customer Support Centre will be available at all times. Users acknowledge that the Website and the Customer Support Centre may be unavailable due to updates or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Placiful, including, but not limited to, virus infection, power failure or other “Force Majeure”.

  • The User is prohibited from contacting Placifull in a hostile or threatening manner. Any such communication will be immediately stopped and the user will not be assisted if any problems were experienced.

  • Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use is subject to the laws of Latvia.

Privacy & Referrals Policy

Please note that in using this Website you agree to the following:

  • Placifull takes all reasonable steps to secure the content of the Website to the best of Placifull team knowledge, however, Placifull does not make any warranties or representations that content shall be 100% safe and secure.

  • Placifull will only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party other than as necessary to fulfil your request.

  • If submitting your CV it can be viewed by people with the “Browser CV” plan where you have marked publish your personal information, on your profile. Placifull takes no responsibility for any data which is leaked or accessed in any unauthorized way.

  • A user of this Website can share the referral token he/she is assigned to other people. When an option is purchased with this token, the User will be credited with 10% to 25% of the purchase amount.

  • Once the credited amount reaches 25 € the User will have the right to withdraw this amount.

  • If in any way a User of this Website is suspected to be fraudulent the associated account can be blocked and any amount reduced to zero.

How does Placifull work?

Every User can publish a Listing, which will then be displayed to the public. These Listings will be freely accessible to all on the World Wide Web. Before publishing a Listing, you will need to purchase the option to place it on our Website. This can be done from the Profile page, where you can see four purchase options.

How can I put my Listing on Placifull?

You need to have an option that allows you to place a Listing. There are three options from which to choose. The first option is a single post. You purchase it and use it whenever it is most suitable for you. This option has no expiry date. The second and third options have an expiry date and limited quantities. These determine how many active Listings you can have with the particular option. Once they expire you can purchase them again. You can delete them and input them again as many times as you want.

How is the payment protected?

We use Stripe in order to process the payment. The fields which ask for your card information are components from Stripe, so Placifull does not actually have the access to your full card information

My card was charged but nothing was purchased?

In the unlikely event that your card has been charged when nothing has been purchased, please contact us by email or WhatsApp, giving full details. Valid claims will be refunded ASAP

Why did my Listing disappear?

The listing will appear for 30 days unless you have purchased an extended option that allows the Listing to be active beyond 30 days.

I bought the promoted feature, but do not see my Listing?

Once you have purchased the promoted option your Listings will have the chance to be displayed on the main page. The system takes all Listings that have the promoted tag added and randomly selects which to display on the screen.

How can I withdraw my referral bonus?

Once you have reached 25 € you are able to withdraw this from your account. In order to do so, please contact us and we will transfer the money to your bank account
